Low-Pressure UV Lamps

With a mercury vapor pressure while the lamps are lit of 1Pa to 10Pa, these lamps are light sources with line spectra that powerfully radiate wavelengths of 185nm and 254nm. The lamps promote an oxidation reaction when used with the ozone generated by UV irradiation.
Exclusive lighting devices are also available.

Characteristics

Short wavelength UV light source

Discharge lamps designed for obtaining wavelengths of 185nm and 254nm most efficiently, which are effective for UV sterilization and photocleaning. The wavelength of 185nm is referred to as the ozone line and 254nm as the sterilization line.
