These lamps are point light sources of high luminosity that feature radiation of far UV rays of wavelengths in the vicinity of 230nm to 320nm. They are used for photochemical reactions, UV curing and lithography, making use of short wavelengths.
These lamps have both the continuous spectra from the UV region to infrared region of xenon lamps and the high energy of the UV region of super high-pressure UV lamps. Compared with super high-pressure UV lamps, Deep UV lamps radiate more light in the short wavelength region of less than 400nm.
The lamps are a highly illuminant point light source suited for light convergence, uniform radiation and other optical control measures.
