Our projection system
installed in the EXPO Hall “Shining Hat”
A system offering a 360-degree projection mapping experience is installed in the EXPO Hall “Shining Hat”, which holds around 2,000 people.
Following our activities at Expo 2020 in Dubai, at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai, we create a futuristic light experience with a more advanced sense of immersion, enhancing spatial value.

To improve the sanitary environment, 84 areas in total including the entrance to the EXPO Hall “Shining Hat” for the opening ceremony venue install our Care222 far UV-C disinfection technology.

Every night during the Expo period, two invited films will be screened on the exterior walls of “Shining Hat”, as well as films selected from countries and regions around the world on the theme of "Designing a Future Society for Our Lives," which will change each month.

Projection mapping was held on "Japan Day"
Projection mapping was carried out inside “Shining Hat” on “Japan Day”, held on July 3rd. Ushio's projection mapping system was used to create a visual presentation of the theme of Expo 2025, Osaka, Kansai, Japan, "Designing Future Society for Our Lives," along with performances that allowed visitors to experience the tradition and innovation, diversity and creativity of Japanese culture, such as a collaboration between traditional Japanese music, Gagaku, and contemporary music, and a stage performance that combined Japanese manga with modern dance.
