Ushio Group sponsored the Future Society Showcase Project as a Platinum Partner at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. At the EXPO Hall "Shining Hat," where major events including the Opening and Closing ceremonies were held, Ushio provided a projection mapping system that enabled visitors to experience 360-degree, immersive projection mapping not only on the stage but in all directions. Following our activities at Expo 2020 in Dubai, at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai, we create a futuristic light experience with a more advanced sense of immersion, enhancing spatial value.
Additionally, a projection mapping system was installed on the exterior walls of the same hall, where, every night during the Expo period, films themed " Designing a Future Society for Our Lives, " selected from creators around the world, were screened on a monthly rotation.
