GPIFが新たに採用する「Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index」の構成銘柄に選定されました
ウシオ電機株式会社（本社：東京都、代表取締役社長 内藤 宏治、以下ウシオ）はGPIF（年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人）が新たに採用するMorningstar社のESG 指数「Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index」に選定されました。
当ESG指数は企業のジェンダー・ダイバーシティに関する取り組みを評価したものであり、ウシオは5段階中で最も評価の高い「グループ１」に格付けされました。
これによりウシオは、GPIF が運用する６つのESG指数である「FTSE Blossom Japan Index」「FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index」「MSCIジャパンESGセレクト・リーダーズ指数」「MSCI日本株女性活躍指数（WIN）」「S&P/JPX カーボン・エフィシエント指数」「Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index」の全ての構成銘柄に選定されたことになります。
