Product and Technology Ushio begins production of new single-mode 670nm laser diodes

Ushio Inc. has begun the mass production of HL67191MG and HL67192MG, offering two new laser diodes (LDs) for operation at the 670nm wavelength.
Providing output powers of 15mW (CW) and 30mW (pulsed), these single-mode LDs deliver high-temperature performance (up to 70°C) within a compact φ5.6mm can package. Both LDs achieve a low operating current of 30mA at 25°C (15mW in CW operation) and feature built-in monitoring photodiodes, creating high-reliability, cost-efficient devices ideal for battery-powered sensing and measuring equipment.
