UV・Violet Laser Diode｜375nm-405nm / 150mW(CW)-1.2W(CW)
- In the blue-violet wavelength range of 405 nm, Ushio offer a lineup of products from 150 mW to 1.2 W, including the multi-mode 600 mW HL40175MG series and the 1.2 W HL40123GL. These are expected to be applied to semiconductors fields, bio-medical fields, and processing and measurement applications. For applications requiring constant optical output power, products with a monitor photodiode (PD) are also available.
- In single mode, the HL40161MG series with 405nm 175mW and the HL40213MG with 405nm 400mW are available. By applying advanced crystal growth technology and a unique optical confinement control structure, we have achieved the widest operating temperature range from -5°C to +85°C. These products have been well reputed in various sensing fields, where stable and uniform beam characteristics with low aspect ratio are required.
- At ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths, a 375nm 400mW (CW) multi-mode product is under development. It is expected to be used as a light source for DI lithography equipment for solder resist (SR) and for bio-medical (sterilization) applications.
