・Compared to conventional coated Fabry-Perot LDs, the wide gain bandwidth makes them ideal for external cavity wavelength tunable lasers because they can be combined with diffraction gratings and interference filters to produce laser oscillations in specific wavelength modes with narrow linewidths. It can be widely used in applications for quantum technology (optical lattice clocks, laser cooling) and spectroscopy.
・We are offering three wavelengths for quantum technology, 671nm, 689nm, and 698nm. Ushio's chip has high reliable optical output power 200mW and high temperature operation at 75°C, the gain peak of 10nm or more can be freely adjusted by temperature control.
