Ushio will be showcasing the following LED products at our booths:

 

1.    Prototype Exhibit SWIR Flip Chip LED EDP Package:

       The world's first (according to Ushio's research) ultra-compact LED package with a footprint of 0.6mm x 0.3mm,
       featuring a flip-chip structure in the SWIR range.
       This new developed product is ideal for small medical devices and proximity sensors.

2.    Multi-Chip Emitter 8in1 Package:

       A package that can accommodate up to eight epitex chips ranging from UV to SWIR.
       This custom product is perfect for vital sign monitoring and medical testing applications.

3.    Compact High-Power LED EDCC Package:

       An almost chip-sized LED package that combines high output and compactness. It allows for flexible placement and high-density mounting,
       making it a new standard for hyperspectral imaging light sources and high-output biosensing applications.

4.    High-Power COB:

       A high-output light source that incorporates 16 high-power chips, each with a dome-shaped lens directly above it to maximize
       light extraction efficiency. Ideal for long-distance illumination and camera lighting.
