Inspection Type
- Direct-Viewing Type
- Inspection is carried out by direct viewing while changing the angle of the illuminated surface of the object. Inspection of unpermeable materials is possible, as well as permeable materials such as glass.
- Projection Type
- Light is applied to the object to be inspected through material such as glass or film, and the image projected on a screen is visually examined for inspection.
- Reflecting Projection Type
- Light reflected from surfaces such as mirrors, aluminum plate, and copper plate is projected on a screen, and the projected image is visually inspected. Able to inspect surface scratches and contaminants or polishing irregularities.
