Ushio Inc. announced today that, at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 12, 2020, a resolution has been passed to change the Representative Director and Directors who are Audit & Supervisory Committee Members as set forth below.
A formal decision regarding the appointment of Directors who are Audit & Supervisory Committee Members will be made subject to the approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 26, 2020.
