Integration of Ushio Deutschland and BLV to form Ushio Germany GmbH  

Ushio Deutschland GmbH and BLV Licht - und Vakuumtechnik GmbH, major European production and distribution bases of Ushio Inc., have announced that they will integrate their companies and change their name to Ushio Germany GmbH, on  February 1, 2021. The decision to change the company name was brought in order to ensure consistency by unifying Ushio’s European entities under a common English language naming convention.
