Notice of Retained Earnings Dividend

　Ushio Inc. announced that the Board of Directors adopted a resolution at its meeting held on May 12, 2020, and the distribution of retained earnings and declaration of a dividend with March 31, 2020, as the record date is as set forth below. The Board of Directors will request to approve the resolution at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 26, 2020.
