“Extended support service” is available from Ushio for assuring stable equipment operation over an extended period of time.

Extended support service

This service makes it possible to extend the period during which repairs can be provided beyond the normal period (reference period: 8 to 10 years).

By placing maintenance parts on deposit, faster recovery can be achieved in the event of malfunction.

Paid maintenance parts deposit system example

Parts placed on deposit are based on past repair histories (frequencies), whether or not provisional repairs can be made in case of malfunction, stock conditions at USHIO INC. and so forth.

Support service for second-hand equipment

Support can also be provided for equipment obtained from other sources.
