Notice of Director's Change

USHIO INC. hereby announces today that the Board of Directors has provisionally determined a change of a director as set forth below at its May 9, 2012 meeting.
The change of the director is going to be formally approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 28, 2012.
