1. Power to Cure Conventional UV Inks for Lamps
    USHIO’s UV‑LED UniJet Series delivers high power output through proprietary high‑density LED
    packaging technology.
    This enables high irradiance and high total UV energy, allowing UniJet to reliably cure not only
    high‑sensitivity UV inks designed for LED systems, but also conventional UV inks originally
    developed for lamp‑based systems.

     
Note: Final curing perfomance must be verified by  the customer’s printing press.

2.  Reduce Power Consumption by 70–80%! Instant On/Off Possible
     UniJet achieves 70–80% lower power consumption compared with conventional UV lamps.
     In addition, unlike UV lamps that must remain during standby, UV‑LED technology allows instant
     on/off operation, eliminating power consumption while idle.

3. No Duct Required—Greater Layout Flexibility
    Conventional UV lamps generate a large amount of heat, making exhaust ducts essential.
  However, with UniJet, no exhaust duct is required
    This not only saves valuable space, but also significantly improves the working environment.


4. Long Service Life—Reduced Replacement Lamps Cost
 
Compared to conventional UV lamps, UV-LEDs offer a significantly longer service life.
 There is no need to keep replacement lamps in stock, enabling a reduction in both replacement
    costs and maintenance labor.

 
 
Note: Basic maintenance such as periodic filter replacement and window cleaning is still required.
